Luna Sharm Hotel

Es ist eine große Anlage, die mit stinkendem Wasser unterhalten wird. Alle Zimmer gehen auf den Swimmingpool, leider ist dort auch noch die Bar und Terasse, bei denen Tag und Nacht ein Club-Programm läuft: Techno auf Körpervibration.

Es liegt so, dass alle Exkursionen 1 Stunde früher beginnen (man wird zuerst abgeholt) und eine Stunde später enden (man wir zuletzt wieder zurückgebracht). Die Taxifahrer kennen das Hotel i.d.R. nicht. Der "eigene" Strand hat die selbe Sound-Anlage mit den selben Techno-Rhythmen.

Service im Speisesaal und Zimmerservice waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Rezeption war durchgängig unwissend und handlungsunfähig (nicht einmal nachts um 0:30h oder 2h p.m. konnte die Musik leiser oder gar abgestellt werden). Sprachen waren Englisch oder Russisch.

Gastronomie war grundsätzlich okay, landesübliche Speisen am Buffet, reiche Auswahl. Salate waren mehrmals hintereinader in der Salattheke - nicht immer ganz verträglich für europäische Mägen. Themenabende fanden grundsätzlich auf der Terasse ab 22h statt - Unterhaltung für alle Gäste, so dass auch auf den Zimmern mindestens Zimmerlautstärke garantiert war. Karaoke, eine Lieblingsveranstaltung insbesonders bei Alkohol , fand in der Woche zweimal auf doppelter Zimmerlautstärke als open-end-Veranstaltung statt.

Die Boutiqune waren undruchschaubar geöffnet oder geschlossen; Disco war Tag und Nacht in doppelter Dröhnung zwischen Bar und Terasse. Handtücher konnten gewechselt werden, Schirme, Liegen etc. meist ausreichend vorhanden. Der Swimmingpool wurden von vielen Gästen als Kinderpool benutzt, schwimmen oft nicht möglich; Öl und Plastikteile waren die Regel auf der Wasseroberfläche.

Möblierung war ausreichend, die Zimmergröße ebenfalls, viele Teile würden sich eines Handwerkers erfreuen, die Balkontüre schloss nicht dicht, was zum erhöhten Lärmpegel beitrug. Das Fernsehprogramm der Nachbarn konnte nachts um 4h gut mitverfolgt werden - jeder Schuss ein Treffer. Bettwäsche war in der ersten Nacht Mangelware (wir hatten Schlafsäcke dabei), danach verlief alles diesbezüglich reibungslos.

Schade für die schöne Sinai-Landschaft.

Also sick from the watering, the gardens were watered at 6 0çlock and at night from the poisons and the shit in the water spraying the gardens. Sick, have hardly eaten for 6 days . In the bedroom stank it at 6 o'clock in the morning from the water and poisons.3. Moved after 6 days to over side on the first floor. There it was better and stayed there for 4 days.Food was terrible and left over's where used the following days in salads etc. Plates were dirty, tables and placemats from 5 years were never washed also the tables they were only cleaned with tissues. We complained and they did nearly nothing to make my stay better.Even people from England from cosmo were angry with luna sharm and a lot of people went to other hotels, even the Italians and Russians and Egyptians were angry and were also sick from this hotel. Cosmo is pulling out of luna sharm because it?s a bad hotel now. 1 star hotel now.
